This is the personal homepage for danish Rie Boberg who lived for nearly 30 years in Tuscany
with her husbond - the painter Jørgen Boberg - and their son.

Rie writes and make radio about daily life in Italy, she has written three books - one about italian cheese,
the next about oliveoil (in fact she still makes her own oliveoil!) - and the latest and third book about "My Tuscany".

She also work as a tour guide, she translates from italian to danish and organizes food-,
wine-, oli- and cultural trips in Italy and then she is a very active member of Slow Food Denmark.
